Privacy Policy for “Frozen Road TD”
Last updated: 2026-08-27
Overview
Frozen Road TD is a tower defense game for iOS. It requires no account, shows no ads and has no in-app purchases. Your progress and settings are stored only on your device. This policy describes what the game processes beyond that.

Local data
Save games, campaign progress, settings (language, audio) and run reports live only on your device. If you delete the app, they are gone. Nothing is synced to a cloud.
Anonymous analytics and crash reports (PostHog)
To find crashes and improve the game we use PostHog (PostHog Inc.) hosted in the EU (eu.i.posthog.com). We record technical events such as “run started”, selected mode, map, difficulty, duration and result, plus crash and error reports with technical device details (model, iOS version, app version). Events are keyed by a randomly generated installation ID that is not linked to you, your Apple ID or the advertising identifier. We collect no names, email addresses or location, and there is no tracking across other apps or websites. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in a stable game.
Online mode “Legion 1v1” (Supabase)
For online matches the game connects to Supabase (Supabase Inc., hosted in the EU). An anonymous technical session ID is created; lobbies, room codes and the moves of a running match are relayed between the two devices. There is no registration, no user names and no chat. Match data is not kept after the match ends. The offline parts of the game work fully without this connection. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) – an online match is impossible without it.
In-app feedback (Trello)
Using the feedback button you can voluntarily send a bug report. Your text, a screenshot of the current screen, technical device information and the current game log are sent to the developer’s Trello board (Atlassian). Please do not include personal data in the text if you do not want it shared. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) by actively sending the report.
What we do not do
- No ads, no ad networks, no access to the advertising identifier (IDFA).
- No accounts, passwords, contacts, location, microphone or camera.
- No selling of data, no sharing for marketing purposes.
- The game is not directed at children under 13.
Retention
Analytics and crash data are kept according to PostHog’s retention rules and deleted on request. Feedback cards remain until the issue is handled. Online match data is discarded when the match ends.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because the anonymous installation ID does not identify you, please include an approximate time and device model with any request. Contact: see above.
Changes
This policy is updated when the game changes; the current version is always available at this address.
