Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using the Rehabuddy mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Who May Use the App

You must be at least 18 years old, or if under 18, have parental/guardian consent to use the App.

You represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. License Grant & Use Restrictions

License: Tjard Lüdeke (Einzelunternehmen) grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your compatible mobile device, solely for your own personal, non-commercial physiotherapy tracking and exercise creation.

Restrictions: You may not (and may not permit others to) reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

Rehabuddy offers a Free tier and a Premium subscription tier. All purchases are handled through Apple's App Store or Google Play, and you will be billed directly by those stores in accordance with their terms and refund policies.

Auto-Renewal: Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel subscriptions via your App Store/Google Play account settings.

5. User-Generated Content

You can create and store exercise recordings, notes, and progress data locally on your device. No sign-in is required, and such content is not transmitted off your device unless you choose to share it externally.

You retain all ownership rights in your content.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Declaration, which explains how we collect, use, and secure any data.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Rehabuddy is provided for informational and motivational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program. Tjard Lüdeke expressly disclaims any liability related to your use of the App for medical purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All right, title, and interest in and to the App (including all code, features, and visual design) are and will remain the exclusive property of Tjard Lüdeke. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Tjard Lüdeke be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license and access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your rights under these Terms will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We'll notify you by posting the "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use after changes implies acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
